Marketing Generalist
Who we are:
Located in Chicago’s West Loop, LotLinx is a fast-growing, exciting, dynamic startup, serving US-based auto dealers. Our digital retailing technology platform helps dealers create VIN-specific digital display campaigns, which target online car shoppers who have declared their intent to purchase specific new, used, or pre-owned vehicles. LotLinx campaigns deliver ready-to-buy shoppers to the Vehicle Detail Page on the dealer's website, where consumers make their online “moment of truth” purchase decision. Our dealer-clients direct their digital spending where it is needed most, which saves money, and increases the turn rate of cars on their lot.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and implement online and email marketing initiatives.
• Design, develop, and distribute content marketing deliverables.
• Plan and execute social media initiatives.
• Monitor online marketing and social media trends and best practices.
• Manage creation of graphics and illustrative copy.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and behaviors.
• Perform support duties including but not limited to: database management, reporting and analytics, maintaining marketing materials, tradeshow support, managing sales and marketing software tools
What you have:
● Smarts: An eagerness to learn and continuously improve both yourself and the department as a whole, high self-confidence, and the independent drive needed to make B2B event and sponsorship magic.
● Education: College degree with a focus on marketing or business. Marketing certifications from Marketo, HubSpot or SalesForce will be HIGHLY preferred.
● Experience: A total of three to five years professional experience. Two plus years focused on B2B event and sponsorship marketing. Knowledge of Webinar Marketing, Collateral design (i.e. Infographics, Sell Sheets, Case Studies)
● Know-how: An understanding of how to effectively work with all the tools available to make event and sponsorships positive ROI for the business. Experience with tools like Marketo, SalesForce, Google Docs/Sheets and Asana/Instagannt required.
● Automotive and dealer experience: A BIG plus.
● Data mind: Strong data analysis skills and a passion to drive program performance; fluency with performance metrics and ROI analysis. Ability to assist the Marketing Manager in monthly and quarterly executive reports on performance of marketing department.
