Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager will serve as an integral factor to GoHealth’s success through successfully marketing and generating consumer interest for the various health and life insurance programs. With primary ownership of the marketing activities for GoHealth’s life insurance program, but also exposure in the Medicare program, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting marketing operations and communications by managing timelines and processes and implementing strategies that support the entire lifecycle of a campaign.

- Create and implement digital marketing strategies through SEO, PPC, Affiliate, CRM, Social and Email marketing to enhance customer acquisition and the overall brand awareness
- Designs strategies and priorities to maximize the business impact of projects by collaborating/leading cross-functional teams across the Marketing department
- Focus closely on SEO and PPC activities with the in-house team and external agencies to enhance online visibility and ROI
- Work closely with the Social Media team to coordinate content on social channels and blogging
- Continuously explore new opportunities for customer growth, including new channels, technologies and partnerships
- Works with design, creative, and web development to facilitate projects through all stages (research, design, writing, proofreading, review) to ensure that the end product is produced in a timely, accurate, and effective manner
- Assist Marketing stakeholders with defining scopes and deliverables
- Own the creation of various marketing campaigns to drive leads to GoHealth’s Life and Medicare businesses
- Drive end-to-end success of these marketing campaigns including creative design, technical implementation, and strategic execution
- Coordinate test creations with technology teams and analyzing results to make informed decisions about campaign creation and technology changes
- Provide the business owners of the health and life business areas with quantitative estimates for customer volume and timing
- Track to certain financial metrics, and be held accountable for achieving the required cost per customer and cost per sale
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, business administration/marketing degree preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in marketing (customer acquisition, lifecycle)
- Must have an understanding of CPM, CPC, and CPA models
- Understanding and experience in organic traffic flow vs. paid search flow
- Knowledgeable with SEO best practices
- Quantitative ability to track to and be accountable for certain marketing spend targets and lead volume requirements
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Comfortable with analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities to optimize campaigns
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, Analytics, PPC and SEO strategies, B2C retail and digital marketing principles
- Basic knowledge of SQL preferred, but not required
- Prior work experience collaborating with technology teams to deliver marketing solutions
- Professional and motivated self-starter, with ability to operate in an ambiguous environment

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and performance-driven environment
