About the Opportunity:
As a key leader within the B2B marketing team, you will be responsible for specific lead generation, engagement and retention goals for our delivery business. You will work cross-functionally to develop and roll out programs that support these goals. This is an integrated marketing role with responsibility for programs spanning email, digital, PR, social, content, print, events, and more. The ability to develop and test new concepts to achieve our evolving goals is required, and the position requires a go-getter attitude with a strong background in program management and communication. Targeted lead generation and account-based marketing is a key component of this role.
Some Challenges You'll Face:
Create and implement integrated lead generation programs, including all planning, coordination and optimization of campaigns
Support the sales cycle, both first time sales and upsell opportunities, with advanced lead nurturing strategies
Develop and launch ongoing engagement and retention programs to strengthen overall relationship with our delivery partners
Ensure that our brand and value proposition is effectively communicated throughout all marketing materials to resonate with the key audience segments and drive desired response/conversion
Work across departments and functional roles, including local market management, operations, marketing, IT and product, to successfully move projects to completion
You Should Have:
Bachelors degree in a related concentration
At least 5 - 7 years in marketing with the majority of experience focused on B2B marketing
Background in working with small business owners/independent businesses a plus.
Experience marketing for a technology company a big plus
Must be willing to travel as needed
Results-driven at both the strategic and tactical levels, with a proven ability to manage projects. Start, finish and everything in-between.
Dedication to setting and achieving quantifiable goals for all projects
Comfortable participating in large cross-functional meetings and formally presenting to groups
Proven project management skills and agile multi-tasker
Must have deep experience in Salesforce or similar CRM tool
Must have deep experience with marketing automation software (Marketo, Eloqua, etc.)
Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
Experience with common social media platforms
Experience analyzing web, email and campaign metrics
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including exceptional proof-reading skills
