Position: Holiday Season Member Service Agent

Location: Chicago Loop

Job Description

As a member of our Member Services team, you will develop a deep understanding of the gift card industry and flow of our marketplace. You will be in contact with current and potential Raise members on a daily basis, tasked with providing effective, proactive and quality support in a fast-paced call center environment.

This position would require afternoon and evening shifts as well as working weekends.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist Raise members with general inquiries via email
  • Provide prompt and thorough resolutions for Raise members regarding marketplace use and orders
  • Provide professional communication to both buyers and sellers
  • Maintain productivity goals, including 65 emails per day
  • Based on performance, potential to work on live chat and vocal support
  • Provide detailed documentation of problems that arise within the marketplace
  • Work with multiple teams across Raise to identify current and potential future inquiries and collaborate on effective resolutions
  • Work from home not available

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • ­College Juniors, Seniors, and recent grads preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience with CRMs and Zendesk, Service Cloud, Salesforce preferred
  • ­Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong team player who can work independently
  • Previous 1-2 years customer service background a plus
  • Previous call center experience highly preferred
  • Can adapt and be flexible with changing environments

 

Scheduling

  • Must be available Saturday and Sunday (shifts no later than 8:30pm)
  • Morning and Night shifts available
  • Seasonal role November 6th - January 5th (Flexible end date)
  • Required to work Black Friday 11/24 and Cyber Monday 11/27
  • Three days off pre approved prior to start date - please provide days off with resume
  • Consecutive days off provided
