You enjoy building relationships with different types of people. You love to maintain contact and be the go-to person for Belly merchants. You’re the "talk your ear off" kind of guy or gal, but also know how important it can be to listen and be someone’s sounding board.
As the Merchant Support Intern, you will own responsibility for Belly’s merchant experience. You ensure that merchants receive the maximum value from their investment by providing timely support, world-class service, and technical support.
This is a part-time, paid internship spanning 8-10 weeks.
What you will do:
Provide basic technical support and operational assistance to Belly Merchants and customers.
Identify Merchant service needs and resolve issues in a timely manner
Manage inbound support channels via email and phone.
Develop and maintain strong rapport with merchants; be empathetic, patient and have a genuine interest in their business
Review and update activity on Accounts in Salesforce.com
Route Merchant Success questions to appropriate Account Manager
Attend training to update product knowledge

What you need:
0-1 year customer service experience within a call center or retail customer service environment
Must be a dedicated individual who enjoys helping others and has an exceptional work ethic
Be a self-starter with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
Proficient in and/or have a high interest level in technical products
Excellent communication skills
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Be flexible and excited about adapting to new situations, responsibilities, and an ever-changing startup environment
Experience using Salesforce.com a plus
