Job Description
Technology Operations Monitoring team:
Our Monitoring team builds and maintains a platform which allows us to be aware of any potential issue within our enterprise systems and products. The Monitoring team is ultimately responsible for ensuring all systems, services and business KPIs are monitored and any undesirable results send alerts to the appropriate audience. Through monitoring, systems knowledge and research, we actively seek to eliminate problems.

- Manage and motivate your team to push the.
- Provide coaching, training and mentorship to members of the team.
- Identify trends and areas where the team can improve while implementing best practices
- Hire and grow talent to support TechOps objectives.
- Work closely with the Sr Management to monitor team morale and ensure team members are productive, engaged and motivated
- Develop and move forward the vision, architecture, deployment and continuous improvement of Enova's enterprise monitoring.
- Work closely with the business stakeholders and our Software Engineers to ensure all business KPIs are monitored as part of SDLC.
- Run voice of customer meetings to ensure monitoring efforts are meeting customer expectations and identify opportunities to better serve our stakeholders.
- Coordinate among cross-functional teams (operations, software engineering, marketing, analytics, product management, IT, etc.) to execute high-impact projects.
- Build and maintain strong and productive relationships with our customers and internal service providers.
- Prioritise team workload.
- Conduct ongoing continuous improvement efforts across all facets of the teams’ responsibilities.
- Ensure our customers are educated on maximizing the utilization of our monitoring platforms
- Drive automation and standardization of monitoring enterprise wide.

- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
