Our home base is an old textile building that’s been turned into a hip office with exposed brick and duct work, windows we can actually open during the summer and an open floor plan – no cubicle life here. Responsibilities:

Contacting delinquent borrowers, answering incoming collections calls

Drafting emails/letters to be sent to the borrower regarding their delinquency

Identify, evaluate, and resolve reasons for delinquency

Record all collection efforts in our system ensuring that all accounts are noted accurately

Review daily reports to identify job performance month to date and task completion.

Requirements:

A minimum of one year of collections and customer service experience is a must

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask

Knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel required

Minimum typing average of 40 wmp
