 Essential Areas of Responsibility:

  • Build opportunity for BeautyNow within the nail and spa industry through proactive outreach to nail industry decision makers

  • Generate buzz about BeautyNow as the easiest way to fill seats for high-quality nail salons and spas

  • Develop familiarity with each merchant’s business, including but not limited to: products and/or services, consumer demographics, consumer ratings, points of competitive differentiation, merchant economic model, and revenue and profit drivers

  • Contribute to Product & Design strategy for innovation pipeline targeting the nail and spa industries

  • Interface with Booking Concierge staff to ensure a seamless transition of accounts and align on merchant strategy

BeautyNow Qualifications and Job Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of proven success in a sales environment or in a nail salon or full-service spa

  • Must have strong relationship building background

  • Demonstrate high degrees of diligence and accountability, with evidence of personal results

  • A balance of coachability and confidence

  • Comfortable in a competitive environment, with evidence of personal ambition to improve

  • Captive learner, excited about the opportunity to develop consultative sales skills

  • Action-oriented, motivated and the previous results of demonstrated success in career

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Vietnamese, Korean, or Mandarin
     

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Contracts Closed, Average Bookings/Merchant/Month, Merchant Satisfaction, Weighted Average Margin
