Shiftgig is actively seeking a National Accounts Operations Coordinator to help support our incredible growth and expansion. The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring national contract requirements are being upheld across all markets. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer sills, have an eye for detail and be able to thrive in an ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly understand National Account contract requirements in order to transfer knowledge to our network of teams throughout the country
- Ensure all contract parameters are understood and followed by local operations teams and Account Managers
- Act as a day-to-day liaison between National Accounts corporate team and our field locations to accommodate ad hoc questions an ensure compliance with our National Account requirements
- Thoroughly understand compliance procedures for National Accounts, ensure compliance procedures and deadlines are met for audits
- Establish knowledge of background checks, drug screens, fingerprinting, flu shots and tb tests in order to ensure compliance metrics are met
- Support local Account Managers and Community Operations teams in order to grow local units for National Accounts
- Maintain processes for all offices to follow and manage their National Account rules of engagement to include hours collection, payroll, billing, and technology requirements
- Work diligently in national account VMS/MSP providers to accommodate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Excellent computer skills within Excel, PowerPoint, CRM with the ability to learn new software applications
- Detail oriented and ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communicator, work well on a team, passionate, respectful and full of integrity
- Focused with keen ability and drive to execute in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
- Team player who can work well with internal teams
- Excellent writing, organizational and oral communication skills
- Thrive in a fast paced, scrappy, start up environment
