WHO ARE YOU

The Network Health team is responsible for ensuring our patient education systems – waiting room TVs, exam room tablets, interactive digital wallboards and WiFi access points – are online and updating at all times. Every product is connected to our Chicago office through remote management software, and the Network Health Specialists (NHS) proactively monitor this to identify devices that may have dropped connectivity. When a connection loss is identified, the NHS will call into the physician practice to provide impeccable customer support and remote IT troubleshooting.

As a leader for this team, your success will be determined by serving and empowering your team through training, mentorship, communication, creative problem-solving and understanding innovative ways to best deliver world-class service to our unique members. You will be responsible for scaling processes, strengthening internal communication, studying pattern recognition for operational efficiencies, and synchronizing with others such as sales, marketing, engineering and media to deliver exceptional experiences to patients via our educational platforms. A leader at Outcome Health is expected to take initiative, bring a diverse voice, be fearless in trying new ways to enhance our service and take ownership over outcomes aligned with business objectives. 

You must be a problem-solver, exhaustive, and customer-centric. You can never be too prepared for a situation and when an unforeseen one arises, you’ll need to think on your feet. The Managers of Network Health will need experience leading and managing a team. We strongly believe in white-glove service for our member physician practices and want someone who has a passion for setting the performance bar high, enjoys the autonomy and responsibility of owning fast growth, and thrives in an energetic team environment.
