As a social science analyst reporting to a senior social scientist, you’ll work with other team members to help design research projects, manage research execution, report on results, and support R&D initiatives. We work with a variety of political, non-profit, and corporate clients and utilize several modes of data collection, giving you exposure to a range of research experiences.

In this role, you’ll support key research deliverables, such as large research studies, white papers, case studies, presentations and webinars, guidebooks, templates, roundtable discussions, or custom, in-bound research requests. In addition, you may contribute to the day to day management of a large survey panel.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in survey methods, statistics, economics, political science, sociology, or another social science field required
  • Ability to apply principles of sound research design and statistical analysis
  • Demonstrated experience with programming languages such as SQL, SAS, R, Python, or Stata
  • Professional maturity, good organizational skills, and a desire to join a fast-paced environment where your actions can have a direct impact on our business
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, projects or goals to maximize effectiveness
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A creative, flexible approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in survey methods, polling, or other social science research
