Office Manager
SpotHero is searching for a smart, energetic, and enthusiastic Office Manager to creatively and efficiently manage the office procedures and ensure a great workplace environment for all! We’re looking for a fearless superstar who can handle anything thrown at them without batting an eye, and who is constantly finding creative solutions when others deem a task impossible. You should be able to knock tasks off a list at the speed of light, and engage with people ranging from new hires to senior leadership and investors with utmost class and confidence. You could teach a master class on organization and attention to detail, and your ability to anticipate needs borders on supernatural.

What Will I do?
Office Management - Ensure great workplace conditions
- Office Operations: Contact person for any administrative requests for our team
- Office Equipment and Supplies: Think 2 steps ahead of our team’s needs in order to keep the office fully stocked with materials to ensure that the workplace remains productive.
- Service Providers: Handle and manage all accounts for services that are vital to the development of the company
- Team Lunches and Meal Planning: Organize weekly team lunches and ad-hoc meals
- Mailings: Manage the correspondence for the office
- Communication: Communicate any vital information with the whole company in an effective manner. Represent SpotHero to outside companies and vendors.

Team/HR Support - Facilitate an environment where the SpotHero team can grow and develop
- Social Planning: Plan, schedule, and ensure the success of all company social events - our culture is the most important part of our company!
- Manage Itinerary: Organize and manage company travel plans
- Schedule: Schedule and set up company wide meetings and events. Ensure they run smoothly and that remote team members are included.
- On-Boarding: Help new employees handle the administrative process of joining SpotHero
- Various HR Projects: Assist the Head of Talent & HR with various HR and benefits projects as needed
Reception - Ensure everyone has a great experience at SpotHero
- Professionally greet and situate all visitors, guests, and employees
- Give a great first impression of SpotHero
You are:

- Detail oriented. You are exceptionally organized and have incredible time management skills - you never let anything slip through the cracks!
- Energetic! You have a positive attitude and are always eager to help out with the next project.
- Reliable. People will be counting on you to make things happen.
- Constantly raising the bar. You exceed expectations at all times, and people often ask “how do you do it?”
Pre-Requisites:
- College degree
- 2-3 years experience in an administrative capacity
- Lots of energy and enthusiasm and great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to write
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Interest and knowledge of the start-up technology industry
