We're revolutionizing the email marketing/automation sector via a streamlined user experience coupled with tight integrations. As a result we're simplifying strategic email marketing and showing great results for clients. We're growing exponentially and looking for future team players.
What your day could consist of:- Assisting coworkers via email, IM, phone, and in person
- Manage and maintain office equipment & inventory
- Organize and plan company events
- Manage relationship with local vendors and partners
- Be an extra player on the Accounting team helping to keep the lights on
- Keeping on top of the latest news in regards to office management, Apple products, and business networks in general.
- Past experience with technical/customer service
- A true care for creating memorable user experiences and delivering value through support
- A self-motivated and driven attitude towards achieving quantitative and qualitative goals
- Excellent communication skills & the ability to relate to others
- Input matters, your work has a high impact, and everyone is working together.
- Being able to take a general idea and add your own insight and tweaks to it.
- Strong technical knowledge / customer facing computer technical support background preferred
- Experience setting up and maintaining Apple products
