In this role, you'll be a major contributor to our operations team: by delivering world-class service, resolving the toughest of issues for our merchant partners, being the voice of Ritual to our customers, and launching merchants at scale. You’ll be an integral part of a young and drive team that is responsible for ensuring Ritual is a reliable and consistent service.

• Support the day-to-day operations of Ritual by solving merchant and customer problems
• Identify trends in operational issues and develop creative, long-term solutions and processes
• Be the voice of Ritual to our customers
• Work closely with the Business Development & Marketing teams to coordinate merchant launches
• Drive the onboarding of new merchant partners all the way from menu creation to launch
• Ensure that our network is operating smoothly by solving technical problems and dealing with live orders
• Work closely with our engineering and operations teams to streamline processes and assist in intelligently scaling a vibrant business. You’ll have the chance to make a real impact.
• Some weekend work may be required
