Operations Intern
Who we are: SpotHero is making life easier for the daily driver, by giving them a seamless way of reserving parking on the web and on their mobile phones. We've grown almost 400% in just the last year and are changing the way that people find parking.
What you’ll do:
- Learn more about all aspects of the SpotHero business by assisting with various tasks, ranging from fact checking to data pulling.
- Assist the Account Coordinator team to manage and create consumer-facing content.
- Work closely with our Account Executives and Customer Heroes to get hands-on experience dealing with overall operations and processes.
- Proofread and edit web content for style and grammar errors.
- Tackle various projects, big and small, to positively increase SpotHero's revenue.
You are:
- Organized. You have great follow through on tasks and superior organizational skills.
- Proactive. You do not wait for a problem to find a resolution, but rather find one before an issue occurs.
- Thorough. You take projects from start to finish and are uncomfortable leaving anything outstanding. Ever.
- A Great Communicator. You have outstanding communication skills and the innate have an innate ability to collect and relay information seamlessly.
- Dynamic. You're as charismatic as they come. You embody resilience, drive, and energy that radiates throughout all interactions.
Pre-Requisites:
- Current student or recent grad. All majors are welcome!
- Minimum 3.3 GPA required
- Demonstrated track record of success
