We start by scouring the planet for the very best in men’s apparel, curating an ever-evolving assortment of pieces from our favorite designers. With 80% of our business concentrated around the packing and shipping of our signature trunks, our Operations team plays a significant role in the company. Managing all aspects of our inventory, including receiving, shipping, and returns, our Operations team is very hands on with each item that goes in and out of our TC warehouse.

Essential Job Functions: 

• Processing customer return orders for accurate billing


• Picking packing and shipping of customer orders 


• Unpacking, tagging, folding, and organizing new product upon delivery


• Ensuring accurate inventory levels through operational tools


• Quality Assurance inspection, which includes light refurbishing; shoes, sewing, and dry cleaning


• Allocating and shipping new product to our Clubhouse locations


• Unloading of inbound shipments and loading outbound shipments


• Other tasks as assigned

Job Specifications:

• You have great attention to detail and take pride in your work


• You have a flexible schedule and are consistently arrive on time


•  You’re looking to get your foot in the door with a growing business


•  You’re excited about learning the business in an entry-level position


•  You’re willing to get your hands dirty to get a task completed


•  You have prior retail experience (a plus but not required)

Requirements:

• Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime, nights and/or weekends based on business needs and consistently arrive for work on time


• Able to lift up to 50lbs


• Able to stand and walk continuously during shift


• Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently


• Able to follow all safety polices and procedures


• Able to read, document, and communicate in English


• Must be 18 or older


• May be required to help out in other departments as needed
