Job Description:

As a Paralegal, you will work under direction from our Legal Counsel and senior leadership. You will responsible for supporting the Legal Counsel with company transactions, special projects, and research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists in review and negotiation of various contracts
• Partners with key stakeholders to ensure contracts adhere to company policies
• Monitors deadlines to ensure that projects are completed in a timely fashion
• Updates contract templates and other legal forms and policy documents
• Presents in client meetings, as needed
• Supports on-going legal department process improvements
• Assists with general work, which may include research on legal compliance matters, maintaining legal folders, and other duties 

Preferred Skills & Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience
• E-commerce/SaaS industry experience preferred
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding work environment
• Strong research and report-generating skills
• Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, technical concepts in Web applications
• Ability to maintain strong working relationships with demanding internal clients
• Highly responsive and service-oriented attitude
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
