Payroll/Benefits Coordinator
SpotHero is seeking a Payroll/Benefits Coordinator to take the lead in running payroll and our benefits programs. You will be an integral part of our Finance and Administration Department, working closely alongside both Recruiting & HR and Accounting & Finance teams. You’ll be responsible for owning all aspects of SpotHero’s payroll administration and benefits coordination, while being the main point of contact for all things payroll, benefits, and compensation planning.

What you’ll do:
- Own all payroll administration and benefits coordination (health, dental, vision, disability, life, 401(k), commuter, and FSA).
- Onboard new employees - complete new hire paperwork, enter new hires into payroll, and update all changes (compensation changes, tax changes, etc.).
- Manage our benefits systems and work with our benefits providers.
- Analyze current processes to help create the most effective employee benefit policies.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Work on our overall compensation strategy and do compensation benchmarking and analysis.

Pre-requisites:
- 2-3 years experience in a payroll and benefits-related role.
- Demonstrated success in a previous role.
- Knowledge of HR policies in a startup is preferred.
