People Project Manager

What You'll Do:
As a People Project Manager, you will be a valued member of our internal People (HR) team assisting with day-to-day operations and new project initiatives. You would report directly to our SVP of People and would significantly contribute to a broad array of People projects including but not limited to Inclusion, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management and Talent Development.
Responsibilities
- Lead project management for People programs and initiatives
- Work with cross-functional teams to create and implement key People projects
- Work with People leadership to create measurable short and long term goals for the HR/People team
- Manage and escalate project challenges and issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to find solutions .
- Provide feedback and make recommendations to management on process improvements, technology, project requirements, etc.
- Leverage best practices from industry in influencing and driving operational improvements.
- Contribute to the design and development of new People programs, processes and policies.
- Make recommendations on program changes and conduct cost/benefit analysis of potential improvements.
- Analyze trends and consolidate data/information to present for review with primary stakeholders and drive decisions based on data.
- Proactively identify and communicate business issues.
- Manage people scorecard and work with business operations team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years experience in project management with HR focus
- Experience in high tech/start-up/software-focused environment
- Manage communication with various stakeholders
- Experience working cross functionally and ability to hold team members accountable for success without a formal reporting structure
- Strategic, analytical and data driven problem solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Experience in change management methodology preferred
- Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change
- Comfortable being hands-on and assisting in various projects across the People team including, but not limited to: learning and development, performance management, diversity and inclusion and compensation and benefits
