Rise Interactive (http://www.riseinteractive.com), a rapidly growing full-service interactive advertising agency, is looking to hire a Principal, Account Strategy & Architecture team. We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly motivated and tenacious individual that is excited about getting involved in an entrepreneurial company with an expanding Fortune 500 client base.
Summary and Scope
The primary job is to build relationships across the “C” suite and throughout the marketing organizations of our clients, understanding the direction of where their business wants to go and advising them on a strategy to exceed those goals. He/she will work in conjunction with the Senior Vice President of Client Service, the Vice President of Account Management, and the Account Management team, to identify opportunities to increase revenue for all Rise clients.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage all sources of information to understand the business direction of our clients. This includes news reports, online research, SEC filings and other sources of data.
  • Synthesize that data, combined with the knowledge of the internal Rise team and with the client into strategies and campaign ideas going forward.
  • Effectively communicate those strategies to the “C” suite of the client, working in a consultative fashion to develop and execute those strategies.
  • Develop relationships across business units and functional areas within the client.
  • Support sales efforts for new clients by leveraging referrals from our existing clients, and being a strategic adviser during the sales process.
Required Skills
  • 3+ years in client-facing roles like Sales, Consulting, or Account Management
  • Exceptional research, analytic, presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Ideally has strong industry relationships
  • Experience with developing Marketing strategy in a digital environment
  • Strategic and creative thinker with proven consulting skills -- always focusing on innovative, but measurable client solutions
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth of accounts via introducing existing or new channels
  • Superior oral, written and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Self -motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push revenue expectations
  • Extremely ambitious and hardworking; results driven and detailed oriented
  • High competency level in PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Candidate must be open to substantial travel
