Principal Software Engineer
Actualize Therapy’s mission is to change the lives of those who struggle with mental illness and lack access to the behavioral healthcare they deserve. We’ve created research-backed technology that offers paradigm-shifting treatment to those who suffer from depression and anxiety.
Currently, we are a start-up company in every sense. You’ll work with a small, motivated team on the heels of raising our first round of capital. We are about to launch a pilot with a major health system as we work out of the heart of Chicago.

Here's how you'll help us change the game in mental health:
Own technical development, grow the development team, and help us launch the pilot with a bang.
Rapidly produce high quality code while documenting and demonstrating ideas using flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, etc.
Think forward about what the product could become both from the front-end and the back-end development.
Work closely with user-centered design experts to implement UX learnings.
Improve our operations by recommending changes in policies and procedures.
Tell us what you think about everything; marketing, strategy, whatever. Seriously, this job is about growth both as a software engineer and as a leader.

The ambition to lead the charge through our rapid growth.
The audacity to share your ideas and tell us what we don’t know.
