At Procured Health, we have an ambitious goal -- taking costs out of our healthcare system while improving the quality and efficiency of patient care. We believe that we can solve some of the biggest problems in healthcare with a talented team, smart technology and engaged users. Our best-in-class software tools help healthcare providers optimize clinical product evaluation, reduce costs, and fundamentally change the way they operate. We're a growth stage start-up focused on building a world-class company, and backed by leading healthcare investors.

What you'll be doing:

At Procured, we’re constantly evolving our software solution to meet the needs of our customers. As Product Manager, you would lead our efforts to understand, prioritize and elaborate the next set of features, test new ideas with customers, and measure our software’s usability and engagement levels. You’d be working with a cross-disciplinary team from sales, engineering, support and research teams to ensure that requirements are accurate, sufficiently detailed and supported by evidence.

The right person for this job has the desire to build and deliver a world-class, web-based suite of healthcare supply chain solutions. He or she is detail-oriented and organized, comfortable in front of customers and senior management alike, and excited about the opportunity to improve hospital supply chain practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and prioritizing requirements and translating them into concise user stories

  • Creating our product road map and documentation

  • Working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer engagement goals are met

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience of product management or product development experience

  • Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills

  • A well developed problem solving approach, with a wide degree of creativity

  • Capable of building and sustaining strong relationships with teammates

  • The ability to analyze change requests to determine feasibility in relation to existing requirements, technical architecture and system functionality

  • An excellent grasp of Agile software development practices

  • The ability to work independently and juggle multiple high priority deliverables

  • Strong motivation to produce excellent work with limited supervision

  • A proven preference for pragmatism over dogma (you should be able to argue for or against any product or process decision in a cogent and objective way)

  • An ability to identify your own biases and structure experiments to identify facts

  • Experience in SaaS is preferred (bonus points for health care experience)
