WHO WE NEED

At ContextMedia, we own and operate thousands of media devices in physician practices nationwide - smart screens in waiting areas, tablets in the exam rooms, interactive digital wallboards and WiFi access points - all with the goal of patient education and improving patient outcomes. The Product Management team is accountable to ensure we have the right products, processes and technology in place to support not only our device network, but also how effectively we're able to scale the business to meet demand and expand both internationally and into deeper health care services to improve patient outcomes.

The Product Manager position is a high impact, high visibility role, accountable for the five-year roadmap for their segment of the business. The person in this role excels by working with business teams across the organization, both in Chicago and New York City, to define and prioritize the product roadmap based of the key business metrics, leads and communicates the initiatives design, and works as the liaison between the business stakeholders and the technical engineers, data engineers and Salesforce admins to help translate those initiatives into executable development projects to accomplish the business goals.

We are looking for someone who thrives in bringing order to chaos by being accountable for defining and executing their strategy based on data driven decisions and hypotheses, gaining alignment with company leaders, and executing and measuring results. This person should have technical skills, a strong business acumen, and the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional team members to success.
