SUMMARY:

We are seeking a passionate Product Manager to help us create an amazing set of product solutions for our customers, who are among the largest consumer-packaged goods manufacturing and retail grocers in the country. In this role, you will be the owner of one or more of our solutions and drive the evolution of our SaaS platform for the future.

You will work hand-in-hand with the engineering team and in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams. You will be responsible for product concept design, market fit analysis, requirements documentation, user stories, backlog management, roadmap planning and more! We’re looking for someone with Agile experience and who wants to own the entire product lifecycle.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate ideation, development activities, and launch support of innovative products - ensuring proper integration and implementation of business requirements for new or augmented features/solutions

• As needed, integrate usability studies, custom or syndicated research and market analysis into the overall product concept design and development process

• Translate user and/or company requirements into functional product design

• Partner with developers and designers to ideate, prioritize and deliver clear and visible roadmap and release/support plans

• Coordinate within and across teams at ItemMaster to ensure understanding, alignment, and required support around products

• Implement and support product lifecycle measurement and reporting

• Responsible for product/feature training and documentation

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5-7 years of product management experience building web/mobile B2B and/or B2C products

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to project plan, matrix manage, prioritize work and meet timelines and schedules

• Ability to adapt and prioritize to fluid workload based on management of 2-3 product solutions

• Strong analytical skills with broad-based business acumen

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Team player who works collaboratively across all levels and can build consensus and influence action

• BA in business or related field
