DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about taking ideas and crafting them into cross-platform digital products that satisfy the vision of our clients. You will join a dynamic, work-hard / play-hard environment, working with cross-functional teams to design, build and launch products that deliver the client's vision and strategy.

EXPECTATIONS

• Own the product development life cycle from initial ideation through deployment and maintenance

• Distill rough product ideas to neatly define the scope and establish a product roadmap

• Work closely day-to-day with software engineering teams, including sprint planning and stand-ups

• Break the product vision down into detailed epics and user-stories

• Prioritize efforts of design and engineering teams to align with business needs and client goals

• Serve as the primary contact to clients - providing deliverables, product demos, gathering feedback, and managing expectations

• Work closely with design teams to ensure best-in-class user experience and interface that align with the product scope and vision

• Facilitate communication between a variety of internal and external stakeholders

• Actively manage a project’s scope, budget, and timeline, raising concerns when needed.

• Act as a leader in building awareness and understanding behind product strategy and experience

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of software product management experience

• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a software product throughout its lifecycle within the agile development methodology

• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web/mobile technologies

• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams (Business Development, Strategy/UX, UI, Android, iOS, Web, QA, etc)

• Familiarity with Agile software management and collaboration tools like GitHub, Pivotal

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
