We have strong revenue, great investors and are growing rapidly. Due to recent growth and expansion of products, we are looking for our second product manager.

You will build and improve products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on your experience and your contact with customers and users. You'll have a high degree of autonomy and will be able to quickly put your ideas to work. We have a flat organizational structure and love testing new ideas!

What you’ll own:

• User onboarding and retention

• Built In Recruiting Solutions Platform

• Other products related to recruitment

Some things you’do:

• Increase user profile completeness, during signup process and after

• Get users to come back more frequently

• Increase the number of introductions between users and recruiters

• Use a combination of analytical data, internal/external feedback and gut feeling to plan out future iterations.

• Perform quality testing prior to new product releases.

• Gather, track, manage, and prioritize product features/capabilities and provide those to development on a regular basis

• Manage the entire Product Lifecycle Process to include product launch and release planning

• Organize and update the product roadmap

Skills, Talents, Experience you’ll need:

• 2-5 years of product management experience working on web based products.

• Demonstrated success defining and launching awesome products

• The ability to wear many hats and manage way too many things at a given time
