- Lead the continual discovery and definition of software products that solve complex clients problems
- Think through hard problems, and work intimately with development team and designers to refine and build the products and features you define
- Continuously monitor data science technology trends, products, and competitive offerings to support the product and data science teams
- Work closely with data scientists to understand and translate technical details for software development teams to consume
- Maintain a working knowledge of Uptake’s data science to help facilitate work in progress related to data science
- Collaborate with designers and researchers to define user experiences with Uptake’s data science predictions
- Participate in product architecture and design discussions to help improve Uptake’s ability to implement and deliver data science to our partners
- Track and benchmark the performance of Uptake’s data science to help identify possible improvements
- Executing Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery best practices in a Product Manager capacity
- Product Manager experience or at least 3-5 years in a product management role
- A strong interest in the latest trends in data processing, machine learning, and predictive analytics
- Experience designing and evaluating algorithms that solve real-world problems
- Passion for experimentation, systems thinking, and decomposing complex problems
- Ability to see the “big picture” for a software product, and maintain strategic thinking to realize untapped potential while collaborating with the development team on realizing the vision
- Ability to make real-time autonomous decisions when conditions change, based on understanding of the user context, business objectives, and client needs
- Fluency with business strategy, user-centered design, service design, and collaborative execution paradigms (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- You enjoy collaborating with developers, UX designers, marketing, clients, and partners to solve real business problems
- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and project management skills
