Primary Responsibilities:
Product Strategy:
Product Commercialization:
Product Development:
- Evaluate opportunities for new Quill solutions through primary and secondary research and create business case(s) for new solution development
- Define vision for solution(s), including applicable product features and benefits, as well as success criteria and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to define our value proposition, develop packaging and pricing strategies, and prioritize key product features
- Collect solution feedback by interviewing customers and prospects
- Perform analysis on product competitive positioning
Product Commercialization:
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new solution(s) in partnership with solutions team lead and product marketing
- Work with Sales and Marketing to coordinate launch activities including collateral development, demonstration requirements, and analyst engagement
- Work with Professional Services and Support team to define support and deployment requirements
Product Development:
- Define and maintain near and long-term product roadmap for solution(s)
- Work closely with Engineering to build and release new features and enhancements
Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic self-starter who is willing to work autonomously in a high growth, rapidly changing business
- Interest in business case development, business planning, pricing, and scenario building for greenfield markets or emerging technologies
- Strong sense of teamwork and the ability to work cross-functionally to obtain consensus on launch strategies and go-to-market plans
- Track record of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- BS/BA required
- Familiarity with software development product management processes and agile development framework is a plus
