Position:

We are currently seeking a Product Manager for SAP Fieldglass Flex who understands and analyzes complex business problems to be solved with our cloud-based software for mid-sized businesses.

The Product Manager is tasked with guiding enhancements and new features from start to finish and becomes the subject matter expert for the new features and related functionality. This is an on-site position and will be located in our Naperville office.

 Responsibilities Include:

• Gather and understand complex requirements from SAP Fieldglass Flex client requests and internal initiatives.
• Define the new project while working with the design team, uncover and resolve potential issues, and validate that the solution fits the original requirement and is a quality product enhancement for all clients.
• Collaborate with teams including Development, Usability, Quality Assurance, Implementation, Account Services and Sales to ensure high quality solutions.
• Work with Sales Team understand prospect needs, explain new features and the business problems they solve.
• Support marketing efforts on whitepapers, sales decks, messaging, analyst discussions, and conference attendance.
• Assist in the prioritization of changes to the SAP Fieldglass Flex product, including minor and strategic.
• Engage with other SAP Product Managers on joint initiatives.

We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Services, Information Technology, Business Administration or other discipline industry related. Advanced degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience working as a Product Manager or equivalent experience working with a VMS, Cloud and/or SAAS solution.   
• Role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and demonstrated ability to translate client requirements into system functionality.  
• Understanding of business systems, ability to multitask on diverse requirements, understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and techniques, and experience in the development of system documentation or training materials is required.
• Experience working directly within a software development team is preferred.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Visio, and Microsoft Excel.
• Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, is required.
