Your Role

As our Product Marketing Manager, you'll work in a key leadership position with our sales, marketing, PR and product teams. You will be responsible for driving global adoption and demand for FourKites.

You'll originate and execute effective go-to-market strategies, including competitive analysis, crafting effective and consistent messaging, and creating content that communicates our value proposition, and that differentiates our products.

You will have the knowledge and skills to effectively interact with our customers here at FourKites.

You'll be the master of articulating the value of our offering, verbally and in writing. You will insure our sales and customer success teams have the knowledge and tools required to help customers.

Responsibilities

• Define the market opportunity for Client related to your product segment
• Perform validation and segmentation strategy to inform roadmap prioritization and go-to-market planning
• Develop business cases to support product strategy recommendations
• Drive product naming, messaging and positioning through qualitative and quantitative research
• Manage beta and pilot programs for new product launches to assess customer adoption criteria and influence feature prioritization for launch
• Quarterback product launches and build the go-to-market strategy to include the right mix of content and channels to drive awareness, consideration and purchase
• Develop competitive benchmarking and content to position against other platforms

• BA/BS degree in marketing or related field
• 5+ years of product marketing experience
• MA/MBA degree in marketing or related field preferred
• Experience working in a marketing role at a startup is a plus
• Experience launching new products
• Experience in email, social media and in-product marketing
• Experience with SaaS and data-driven marketing, acquisition marketing or sales strategy
• Experience with Logistics is a plus
• Experience in life cycle marketing strategy and execution
• Experience analyzing complex data sets and performing quantitative and qualitative research
• Ability to develop winning creative expression with internal and external partners
• Ability to size and prioritize market opportunities and build business cases
