Product Marketing Manager
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the outbound marketing activities for Envoy’s technology products. You will craft the messaging and positioning and conceive, develop, execute and measure innovative marketing programs that drive demand.
Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits are essential. In this position, you will be a leader on the team responsible for telling the world (and company) the story of Envoy’s brand. You will be expected to be our chief advocate for a specific feature set and its benefits.
In this Role, you will:
- Together with the product team, educate both internal and external stakeholders about our product features and their benefits.
- Create product content (e.g. sales enablement documentation, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts, Quora/forum responses) to articulate the benefits of our products to the world.
- Assist members of our sales team on calls with prospects when appropriate
- Speak, present, and train product users, potential customers, and internal stakeholders, the product's features, benefits, and releases.
- Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.
- Sales enablement by communicating the value proposition of the products to the sales team and developing the sales tools that support the selling process
- Product launch – plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
- Have demand generation and market intelligence experience
You Have:
- Experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and/or product management (technology)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills -- there is a heavy amount of writing and presenting/selling ideas in this role.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, WordPress or other content management systems.
- Ability to build product pages, optimize the conversion paths on those pages, and use dynamic calls-to-action to create and test buyer stage-specific calls-to-action.
- A preference for working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the product to life.
