We’re looking to add a Product Operations Manager to advocate for product enhancements that will drive a better experience for our customers; working closely with the operations, product, and engineering teams, you’ll advocate how to make that happen.
What Will I Do?- Lead initiatives for beneficial product enhancements through an understanding of issues facing our customers as well as what is achievable from a product standpoint
- Implement proactive processes to ensure customers have a seamless experience
- Own and manage reporting around hardware integrations
- Reduce Customer Experience/Support contacts by providing primary and secondary solutions
- Make strategic decisions and suggestions to partners to improve products and processes
- Strong Project Management capabilities and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
- Great communication and attention to detail
- Keen desire to optimize process and create efficiency
- Ability to structure and process qualitative/quantitative data and draw insights
- A customer focus. Positive and energetic, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships
- Experience quickly resolving issues with innovative solutions that minimize implementation time and resources
