At Leapfrog Online, this Program Manager on the Marketing Operations team is responsible for working directly with both our clients and our cross-functional teams to collaborate and execute on multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive revenue generating events and business strategies.

We are looking for candidates who have a passion for digital marketing, experience in ecommerce, a desire to help a client successfully execute on their marketing requirements while keeping a consultative approach, working with the Account Manager to help grow the account services over time. This Program Manager, Marketing Operations will be the at the front line between our clients and the cross-functional collaboration between Media, Marketing, Creative, Engineering, Front-end Development, and Contact Centers to define and deliver scalable, online ecommerce solutions for our Fortune 500 clients.

Digital Marketing Operations & Client Management Expertise

  • Work directly with client and with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, estimates, timelines and resource needs for proposal and project implementation plan development
  • Partner with our Account Team and lead our cross-functional teams to optimize multi-channel, multi-device customer experiences to drive online performance leveraging expertise of direct response technique and the digital marketplace
  • Work with teams to maintain and improve performance based on insights learned during the client engagement process

Execute day-to-day operations

  • Drive marketing operations of your program at a fast-pace ensuring highest quality and adhering to deadlines, resources and costs
  • Work with the client and the cross-functional teams to communicate insights and project updates, gather requirements, draft project proposals and create actionable opportunities with the client
  • Post execution, conduct retrospective analysis to gauge campaign performance, team cohesion and operational efficiency
  • Drive day-to-day executional leadership against prioritized projects and activities for both the client and the internal teams
  • Manage daily/weekly client meeting agendas and conference reports
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing for creative, copy, concepts and web pages
  • Responsible for drafting and executing creative briefs and obtaining team approvals
  • Participate in and contribute to developing forward planning marketing activities with the Account lead

Team leadership

  • Bridge communication between marketing, design, UI/UX development, media, analytics, business intelligence, application engineering and the client to execute deliverables
  • Continuously aware of competitive landscape; identify opportunities and challenges as they relate to consumer experiences

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of client-facing project management experience with digital marketing operations experience a distinct plus
  • Ability to interface and communicate professionally with clients and internally with multiple roles at multiple levels 
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and enjoy the challenge of facilitating diverse backgrounds to execute with the highest quality and efficiency
  • Motivation to learn quickly as new facets in the digital marketing world emerge
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with PM software tools, common web and e-commerce concepts, tools and technologies (A/B testing, HTML, SEM vs. SEO, project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, CMS, etc.)
