Job Description:
closerlook's Project Manager will align his or her experience and expertise in project management to enhance our Client Services team. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager is empowered to provide internal-team leadership and execute cross-competency projects.
Responsibilities:
•Manage existing projects within the client company to ensure client needs are met or exceeded.
•Partner with project team to deliver successful and measurable results and solutions.
•Effectively lead cross-functional team to deliver projects on time, on budget and with greatest attainable client and team satisfaction.
•Work with Account Supervisors to help them develop and sustain client and key decision-maker relationships.
Job Requirements
•Four or more years of agency project-management experience.
•Experience in projects with multiple types of data sources and the ability to connect to those data sources to answer marketing performance related questions.
•SQL and Tableau experience a plus.
•Strong team-relationship building skills.
•Ability to oversee existing projects to ensure client needs are met.
•Ability to direct and guide cross-functional teams in support of key accounts. Experience with budget management in the project range of $200K–$800K.
