What You'll Do:
As a Project Manager, you’ll work closely with the Vice President of Customer Implementation and Program Manager to plan, coordinate and manage all aspects of implementation for an Uptake product. You will be responsible for ensuring effective and consistent project management for all implementation projects and related tasks, and will develop project timelines, manage communications and lead marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Act as project manager for an 18-month implementation product roll-out
- Assist in drafting, maintaining and tracking multiple communication streams to stakeholders
- Keep meticulous track of implementation deadlines and progress toward deadlines and milestones
- Create presentations for stakeholders
- Complete implementation projects in a timely manner
- Maintain risk management processes and KPIs
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the product implementation process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience managing high-stakes, complicated projects with many work streams
- Impeccable organization skills
- Skill and passion for turning chaos into order
- Strong interpersonal skills and expert team player with demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships
- Ability to effectively execute and drive cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
