In this role you will be responsible for the management of multiple projects simultaneously. The Project Manager will be responsible for communicating status, working with the development team, Sr. Management and other stake holders on a daily basis. The successful candidate will demonstrate the independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse project load. Specifically the project manager will:

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, work breakdown structures, project milestones, risk assessment / management plans, staffing needs and project timelines.
• Identify and address areas of concern regarding potential risk surrounding project, project logistical issues, budget, and scope.
• Prepare/update weekly dashboards, project status reports, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials.
• Actively track each aspect of project performance against schedules and critical path.
• Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements, in a timely and cost effective manner
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Support project stakeholders on multiple projects and assignments.

To be successful in this role you will have the following background:

• Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience - or a combination of relevant work experience, education, or an equivalent Military experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Project (or similar), Office, Windows OS and the Internet.
• Familiarity with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Ability to communicate, influence and build teamwork that fosters a collaborative and continually improving environment.
