Project Specialist
Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions include, but are not limited to:
- Act as right hand to Project Manager, executing system set up and configuration.
- Set up modules to client specifications – including, but not limited to Benefits, Time Away from Work, Timekeeping
- Facilitate client trainings on various modules, including Payroll & Recruitment
- Diligent client follow up through implementation process
- Focus on client satisfaction, looking for opportunities to proactively initiate projects for ~75 clients
- Identify opportunities for clients to more fully utilize system
- Assist junior service team members as needed with the handling of incoming Client requests
- Audit team members’ work
- Leverage system knowledge to troubleshoot client issues and offer thorough and timely solutions
- Think innovatively about client issues and how they can be resolved within current system
- Assist with QA testing as necessary
Job Competencies include, but are not limited to:
- Basic understanding of business principles
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy required in all Microsoft Products
- Demonstrated collaboration, conflict resolution and influencing skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
Requirements:
- 2 years of project work and customer service experience
- Payroll, Human Resources, Benefits, Tech Industry experience preferred
- Software Implementation experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Innate curiosity, desire to understand and develop solutions for client concerns
- Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and overtime when needed
- Ability to organize several internal and external client tasks at one time
- Strong initiative and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
