Project Specialist - Direct
Responsibilities of the Analyst:
· Build client sites through developing benefit plan rules, details, texts, and documents
· Identify and interpret data patterns and trends through performing data analysis
· Execute and oversee testing on sites to ensure proper functionality and quality
· Perform regression testing on software to discover enhancements or needs
· Conduct audits on client system data and produce detailed summary reports
· Collaborate with external vendors to resolve data analysis discrepancies
Required Qualifications of the Analyst:
· 2-3 years of professional client facing experience with analysis and data management
· Advanced proficiency with MS Excel
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate data sets
· Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel
· Ability to take initiative to meet challenges with resourcefulness and new innovative approaches
· Ability to operate and make timely decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced atmosphere
· Must possess a drive for success and growth, as well as a passion for teamwork, client service and reaching business results though problem solving
· Strong customer service orientation
Preferred Qualifications of the Analyst:
· Healthcare background
· Knowledge of all types of managed care products including HMO, PPO, and Medicare Part D
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree required
