bswift, a leader in cloud-based technology and services for employee benefits and health exchanges, is currently seeking an experienced QA Analyst.

The Quality Assurance Analyst works with our Product Management team to test new product features and troubleshoot product issues prior to release. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Execute system release testing in DEV, QA, and PROD environments in all supported browsers.
• Participate in technical specification reviews in order to fully understand new system functionality.
• Conduct automated testing of core product functionality.
• Create test case scenarios and test plans for product functionality based upon product specifications and implemented functionality.
• Communicate testing results to the Product Management and Product Development teams.
• Liaise with other business groups including Client Services, Sales, Marketing and Software Development to assist with product questions and issues.
• Assist in the triage, investigation and resolution of product issues.

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Technical background, with experience in QA testing
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Attention to detail
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate technical terms into plain English
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel

Preferred:
• Experience with the bswift system
• Experience in the health care and benefits admin industry
• Selenium
• Microsoft SQL Server

Must be self-motivated and able to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment. A willingness to roll-up the sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done is essential. The ability to work well both individually as well as with others and strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships successfully in a cross-functional team environment is critical for this position. Demonstrated experience showing resourcefulness, a strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on commitments with minimal supervision are required.
