We’re looking to add a second QA Analyst to our Engineering team as we expand and improve across platforms. A successful candidate will expect a lot out of others because he/she expects a lot out of themselves. They will communicate defects and think of possible business scenarios that could impact our product.
Essential Skills: - Analytical and logical thinking
- Effective/Productive communication
- Ability to envision business situations specifically related to our products
- Strong sense of intellectual curiosity
- Solid planning and time management skills Interest in gaining knowledge on testing tools and techniques
- Confidence in working independently
- Participating in daily standups to prioritize testing needs
- Executing regression and feature test cases with or without guidance from QA lead
- Joining planning/grooming meetings to better understand stories for each sprint and assisting in test planning process
- Identifying product issues and communicating clearly the steps to reproduce
- Utilizing test management/execution systems employed by QA team (ie JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence)
