As a Quality Assurance Engineer you will be automating manual test scripts within a highly robust, maintainable and efficient testing framework. An ideal candidate will be able to analyze the application and the testing assets to develop robust and effective automated tests used for regression and deployment validation. Though the role is targeted primarily for automation some manual testing may be required from time to time. You will also be tasked to research and advice on new and alternative tools, technologies and test automation approaches to guide us moving forward as we rapidly evolve and grow as a technology company.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Strong Software test automation experience using Selenium is a must.
- Experience developing automated tests that integrate into existing testing frameworks or with new scalable and reusable testing frameworks.
- Experience using CI tools.
- Experience with object oriented programming languages and techniques.
- Experience with version control software.
- Five or more years of software development experience with two or more of those years focused solely on developing test automation solutions.
- Excellent analytical and debugging skills with strong technical aptitude.
- Strong knowledge and experience with C#.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject.
- Mobile Automation Experience.
- Proven experience using Selenium.
- Experience with traditional automation tools: HP QTP and UFT.
- Proven work experience in SaaS and Cloud software development and quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
