Responsibilities Include:

  • Working with the development and QA teams to gather requirements for a very complex SaaS web application
  • Design test plans that illustrate the performance test approach
  • Develop, Maintain, Execute Performance test scripts
  • Identify and document the root cause of performance
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions(Strong analytical Skills)
  • Evaluate overall system capacity during end-to-end load tests
  • Provide insight into performance bottlenecks leveraging a variety of skills and tool sets on multiple platforms

 

We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3+ years of successfully managing performance testing, including experience with web-based applications and basic proficiency with MMS SQL Server
  • 2+ years of experience in any of the Monitoring tools (Sitescope, Wily Introscope or other Java monitoring tools)
  • Familiarity with Load Runner and Dynatrace is required
  • A self-starter and a self-motivated problem solver with a go-getter personality
  • Strong communication skills including both written and verbal
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and very detail oriented
  • Must demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision, quickly adapt to changes, and willingness to work on tasks until completion
