As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing general support to a department or group of kCura professionals. The Receptionist works under moderate direction of managers and senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and broad-spectrum clerical support, including faxing, copying, filing, and processing mail and packages to various parts of the business 
• Perform all reception area duties such as receiving incoming calls, taking messages, accepting deliveries, and greeting visitors
• Work as part of the internal Admin team and participate in large event planning and support 
• Assist with meeting setup, which includes moving tables and chairs as needed
• Ship training supplies and trade show equipment
• Support other administrative team members
• Perform word processing and other clerical tasks as needed
• Various projects as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
• Associates Degree/BA/BS or at least three years of experience supporting a mid to large sized business in a general office/administrative capacity

Preferred Qualifications:
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills; excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Professionalism, poise, punctuality, and reliability
• Exceptional formatting and document preparation skills
• Demonstrates initiative, is an independent thinker, self-starter, and a problem solver
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and project deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work overtime on occasion
