Narrative Science is looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent team. The primary focus of this role will be full life cycle recruiting but ideal candidates will have HR experience or the desire to learn about the HR function and take on related responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process (including sourcing, screening, scheduling, behavioral interviewing, hiring manager partnership and offers) across multiple levels and departments
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding in conjunction with other members of the Talent team
- Oversee campus recruiting efforts and coordinate campus recruiting related activities and events
- Develop and manage the Summer Internship Program
- Administer applicant tracking system and continuously ensure optimal utilization
- Manage employee referral program and Glassdoor profile
- Track and analyze recruiting and referral metrics to help guide recruiting strategy
- Partner with members of the Talent team on other projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience (with a minimum of 1 year of technical recruiting experience)
- Experience creating, vetting and implementing new recruiting processes, technologies and tools to increase efficiency
- Experience tracking & reporting HR and recruitment metrics
- Expert level proficiency within an applicant tracking system
- Ability to anticipate needs and understand when a sense of urgency should be applied
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment
- Exceptional judgment and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time during campus recruiting season
