Shiftgig is actively seeking a Recruiting Coordinator (which we call Community Operations) to help support our incredible growth and expansion in the Chicago market. The coordinator is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by placing great workers into temporary positions within our customer base. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with scheduling staff, be a strategic thinker and be able to thrive in a fluid environment.

- Lead group and individual interviews, presentations, and trainings to gauge quality of the workforce
- Identify and match talent in Specialists with client specifications
- Performance management of Shiftgig Specialists within assigned account base
- Manage logistics of large orders for Specialists on behalf of clients
- Utilize technology platforms to fill client orders in an effective manner
- Develop strong relationships with both clients and Specialists
- Ensure successful service delivery through operational execution, constant communication and client advocacy
- Travel to client sites to guarantee the highest level of service delivery
- Create and execute local recruitment plans and other projects as needed
- Maintain effective internal relationships with our Account Management and Centralized Sourcing teams
