It’s overwhelming, inconvenient, and takes way too much time. With Trunk Club, men and women discover awesome clothes that are perfect for them without ever having to go shopping. We combine top brands, expert service, and unparalleled convenience to deliver a highly personalized experience that helps people look their best.

We start by scouring the planet for the very best in men's and women's apparel, curating an ever-evolving assortment of pieces from our favorite designers. With the best inventory anywhere as our point of departure, a Stylist on our team hand-selects a trunk of items based on each customer’s needs and tastes. They keep what they love and send the rest right back to us, at no cost to them.

Our team is based in Chicago, IL, Washington, DC, Dallas, TX, Los Angeles, and New York. Since launching in December 2009, we have grown from four to over 1,000, and in 2014, we were acquired by Nordstrom. We're actively looking for amazing people to join our team! 

About the HR/Recruiting Team:

We are a close knit and lean human resources team focused on providing the best possible experience for all prospective candidates and current employees. We act as business partners to hiring managers across the company to assist in all of their human development and recruiting needs. Close to 80% of our hires are referrals or self-sourced candidates, which means we are highly proactive in nature. With our increasing growth rate and no signs of slowing down, be prepared to take on an exciting challenge with significant opportunity for growth. 

Things you would be responsible for:

• Track large volumes of applicants through multiple stages of the sales interview process including candidate communication, scheduling, paperwork, and interview discussions in Sales recruitment
• Work within Applicant Tracking System to schedule interviews and track pipeline updates
• Serve as a key contact and counselor for candidates; greet all candidates by providing an introduction to Trunk Club and be highly response to their needs and inquiries to ensure a seamless and successful onboarding experience
• Coordinator interviews for our part-time positions on our Customer Service and Sales Support teams 
• Send writing samples, schedule interviews, and greet qualified part-time candidates
• Track all metrics and referrals to specifically pinpoint where new hires comes from, along with tracking attrition
• Post positions on job boards and actively create innovative recruiting solutions

Here’s what your background looks like:

• You have 1-3 years of recruiting coordination experience, preferably both agency and client side
• Track record of success in sourcing candidates – post and pray does not exist at Trunk Club!
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to build great interpersonal relationships
• Outgoing, eager, and social
• Proactive problem-solver capable of identifying issues and generating solutions
• Outstanding organizational skills, can work independently, and a close attention to detail
• Flexibility to deal with last minute changes, the ability to remain calm under pressure, comfortable working with minimal direction
