What you’ll do: The Pampered Chef team is growing and our Talent Acquisition team is looking for some support. We are looking for someone to support the team by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, creating offer letters, processing background checks, and documenting our recruitment processes.
What your day will look like: Each day will be different depending on the priorities of the day. You will work at rapid speed to schedule interviews, write offer letters and more! We hope you will add your own flavor and expertise to help shape the day.
Tools you will use: Microsoft Outlook, iCIMS, LinkedIN
Skills we need:
- Experience scheduling and juggling multiple calendar at once (interviews, meetings, etc)
- Strong attention to detail – making sure that interviewers, interviewees, recruiters and hiring managers are all on the same page
- Experience with Microsoft outlook
- Coordinate background and reference checks
