Recruiting Lead / Sourcing Lead

As a Recruiting Lead on our Talent Acquisition team or a Lead of our Sourcing team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving kCura's aggressive growth by managing the team while still being a hands on recruiter. In this position, you'll be responsible for executing all stages of our recruiting process across kCura. You communication and organization skills will come in handy as you build a strong candidate pipeline, provide expertise to hiring managers, create a positive experience for candidates and build our employer brand.
Responsibilities
Management
- Manage recruiters or sourcers within the recruiting team to ensure hiring needs are acheived
- Provide funcitional expertise, coaching, strategic guidance and career development for the team
Advisory
- Work closely with the hiring managers, finance, directof of TA and HR partners to develop hiring or sourcing plans
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, revise job descriptions and scorecards, and develop a recruiring process within kCura guidelines to effectively attact and assess candidates,
- Help train hiring managers and interviewers on best practices
- In conjuction with director of talent acqusition and recruiters, recommend and design improvements to kCura's hiring practices and market knowledge
Recruitment
- Full lifecycle recruiting and/or sourcing for both technical and non-technical roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Sources, screens, interviews and hires both internal and external candidates at all levels for multiple departments
- Creates and maintains a continual/active flow of candidates by utilizing advanced internet sourcing skills, cold and warm calling, networking, and database mining
- Negotiate offers or identify candidate salary expectations
Qualifications
Recruiting
- 5+ years of hands-on sourcing, screening/interviewing and recruiting experience
- Demonstrated success delivering large volumes of top talent in short timeframes
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, qualifying and selection skills
Technology
- A high-level understanding of key technology terms, processes, and tools
- At least 3+ years of recruiting technology professionals
Leadership
- Strong teamwork and partnering skills for cross-group collaboration
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to relate with both technical and business professionals
- Ability to motivate people, instill accountability and acheive results
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
Management
- 3+ years leading a team of recruiting professionals
