Civis Analytics is seeking an experienced recruiting leader to drive the recruitment strategy and manage the recruiting team.This role reports to the CFO. Qualified candidates will have a successful track record for partnering with leaders, end to end recruiting experience (including sourcing passive candidates and executive hires) and management experience.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with the CFO on workforce planning; translate hiring needs into candidate generation plans, and set clear expectations for the timeframe and partnership needed from the business.
  • Optimize recruiting team to deliver hiring targets without compromising candidate quality.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure a high quality experience for hiring managers, the recruiting team and candidate.
  • Ensure that a positive candidate experience is managed by leading high quality recruitment, feedback and communication processes.
  • Must understand and demonstrate abilities to recruit passive candidates.
  • Able to gauge candidate chemistry for cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; manage executive level hires providing a white glove experience.
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Civis Analytics mission.
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 10+ years of Recruiting and HR experience.
  • Significant hands-on recruiting experience - you appreciate how hard it is to find and close truly top-tier talent and you have success doing so.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Exposure to on-campus recruiting and best practices for new grads/interns.
  • Thorough understanding of compensation structures.
  • Experience building, coaching and managing a full-cycle recruiting team in a high-tech corporate environment.
  • Knowledgeable about working with an applicant tracking system, resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and Google docs.
  • Organized and pragmatic thriving in a results oriented environment.
  • Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations.
  • Workforce planning experienceIdeal candidate has experience in the tech industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
