We’re looking for experienced and creative recruiters who deliver exceptional value for clients. The Recruitment Consultant will work collaboratively with a Client Service Director (CSD) to ensure consistent delivery towards client hiring needs.

Core Responsibilities:  

  • Partner with CSD to drive PF process and successful delivery on client engagement
  • Recruit candidates across a variety of industries including technology, sales, account management, product and maintain a solid network of candidates
  • Build new client portfolios including job descriptions, round table guides, and interview guides
  • Prepare and assist in client kick off meetings as needed
  • Input all client information and job positions in ATS (Bullhorn) and track scope changes accurately in Bullhorn
  • Maintain accurate data in ATS (Bullhorn) and PSA daily following PF process guidelines for all accounts
  • Proactive in understanding and addressing client needs and challenges throughout engagement and appropriately communicating to internal management
  • Understand market influences and communicate potential implications to clients
  • Manage online application and ATS for clients as requested
  • Employ a variety of recruiting tactics to consistently deliver excellent results for clients  
  • Lead client conversations including but not limited to round tables and weekly pipeline calls on behalf of team
  • Guide recruitment consultants and ensure individual and team daily activity to meet client demand
  • Maintain effective written and verbal communication with day-to-day internal and external team(s)
  • Adjust communication style to fit audience as appropriate  
  • Team player and collaborator who contributes to the evolution of the company
  • Contribute to and lead bi-monthly trainings with other consultants

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of full life cycle recruiting experience with track record of success
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Well versed in a range of creative recruiting approaches
  • Experience with Linkedin Recruiter and ATS highly preferred
  • Evidence of excellence in client service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative and able to liaise with a diverse group of internal and external colleagues
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive, resourceful and self-motivated
